    @2049v Believe it or not you can habituate to even our level. Ideation is extremely common. I use a low dose Prozac to keep my mental health in check. Other then that you just deal with it one day at a time. I can pretty much do what I want now although I avoid venues I know will be loud.

    @Eddee 10mg of Prozac is a low dose. Usually start out with a low dose and work up to what is good for you. I have been on Prozac, Xanax, and Ambien for the last 25 years. It has helped me deal with my severe tinnitus. Hang in there and hope for better treatments or cure.

    yes, I was slowly tapered off both antidepressants. I never in my life will take another. The withdrawls were bad with the first one, but not bad for the Prozac besides the T. The Prozac only made my anxiety and depression worse. Hope the T lessens soon, but doesn't seem to be letting up
