Sorry about your foot problem, from someone who also has foot problems. Instead of pills, I use weekly acupuncture treatments. These treatments are very good at reducing inflammation. You might consider this. Good luck.

Acupuncture helps me, not to the point of relieving Tinnitus but to the point of relieving depression and anxiety. It calms me. The days I dont do acupuncture I really feel the down side. It does cost a bit mush. I pray the moxibustion works or relieves the T.

I've been thinking the same thing. Although acupuncture is very complicated there should be certain safe points to do self-acupuncture on, especially if you would get an experienced practitioner to tell you what points to use so you're doing an informed decision.

@Thomas_83, tinnitus can spike a lot after that kind of treatment and acupuncture as it increases blood flow. Speaking from experience. Usually it is what it is - a spike - and will calm down to baseline again.
