    The only things I've noticed have an effect for me are alcohol :( and MSG. Both make it worse. For some people alcohol makes it quieter. By chance someone told me that alcohol is the 'antidote' to glutamate. I dont know how true this is.

    Yeah, some things are probably more likely to cause long lasting issues too. Certain things I won't stop for a temporary increase though. Like Ketamine for instance. Or drinking alcohol. Neither I do too frequently but I can deal with temporary increases. It's worth it for me.

    ...guidelines. These are just overall guidelines and have nothing to do with a permanent increase of T. I really wouldn't look away from alcohol if you like it. We already tend to abstain from a lot of things thanks to T, especially the first months. So don't add anything that has no impact.
