    Constant Tinnitus After I Exercised

Sounds familiar, what did you eat prior? I agree that you should do an MRI as soon as possible. Thought ibuprofen was ototoxic? I wouldn't recommend ibuprofen. "Ibuprofen causes tinnitus in 1% to 3% of the people taking it according to the PDR"

I have taken Ibuprofen many times without noticing any effects on my tinnitus. I don't know about Tylenol. I don't think you should pay too much attention to medicines affecting tinnitus. Should Tinnitus Sufferers Worry About Paracetamol/Ibuprofen/Codeine?

Almost any drug can temporarily worsen tinnitus but only a few drugs are truly ototoxic. Do not worry needlessly. Paracetamol is the brand name of Tylenol (acetaminophen) in the UK. Ibuprofen, like aspirin, in low doses is not ototoxic.
