Agree with @Johan001 - I got severe tinnitus after using Cialis. Now in my third year of it. It worsened my ED since I now associate sex with nitric oxide production which is what Cialis does. Try something else!

I took Cialis once after I got tinnitus. My tinnitus went through the roof. Once Cialis left my system, the tinnitus stabilized. Please note my tinnitus is probably due to medications and I'm very sensitive to meds. Hope this helps.

No problems with Cialis for me. I mean um someone else I know. I don't know if Maca Root or Horny Goat Weed work in the same way. With performance anxiety maybe a therapist specialist in this domain might be more helpful then meds, if it is worsening your tinnitus.

I also work out 4 days a week, and have worked out for about 15 years. I stopped taking pre-workout supplements years ago, none of that stuff is really FDA regulated. In general, I would say stay away from it; you honestly do not need it for a good workout.
