depends on what's causing your headache... tumeric, fish oil, vit d3, heat and cold packs, massage, TENS, acupuncture, sleep, magnesium, water are all helpful

I'm also going to test acupuncture, I've had very good results in the past to repair sleep with it, but never tried for my T.

Yes, that's what my acupuncturist said too. The high pitch went down eventually. But ultimately, and in hindsight, I don't think acupuncture made any difference to be honest. Only burned a hole in my wallet.

That's safer. Chiropractics are mostly quacks and they can make tinnitus worse. Acupuncture doesn't help tinnitus. These therapies might help make your mind feel better but won't reduce your tinnitus loudness.

My tinnitus spiked in my non T ear after acupuncture, I think. It might have been a coincidence but it seemed to do it right after.

I have tried accupuncture and it also provides temporary relief from H and T. It is like going to the physiotherapist, stretching etc. They all can help with the symptoms but cannot cure T or H, specially when they are triggered again by noise.
