Has anyone ever used Buspirone HCI to treat tinnitus? Any good or bad effects? Trying to get some information on it.

I haven't personally. I do know Buspar does have tinnitus as a side effect but so does every anti-depressant and benzo medication.
I have read that also. I went to the VA. A lady doctor said to try it for a month but I don't think I will. I think it would just compound the problem.

My understanding is that it does nothing for anxiety. Basically a worthless drug so I wouldn't bother.

I'm using 15 mg twice a day. Some days it helps more than others. As for tinnitus I really can't say.
