Yes, did you check my thread in the support section? I listed the tools I am using.

I am almost cured, from 9/10 to 2/10 with no spikes in 1 year 7 months.

Did u manage to minimize your T?

Well, no , i dont think I am managing this very well.
Have had some good periods , but they dont last .
In fact I did have a good period while fasting ...not sure if its coincidence?
