@Wrfortiscue one thing the cold does is makes feel like your not missing out on anything because everyone is hunkered down in the house
I got an episode of fleeting T last night which I've had many times before. But this time it lasted all the way til I went to bed.
What earplugs do you all recommend for high frequency sounds? I've tried a few and seems like it cuts right through as if not wearing plugs
@Stacken77 When t came from inner ear shoudnt you have some ear sensitivity? On the other hand my t is all over, used to be more in the ears, but I didnt protect myself first year from normal everyday environments.I feel it fluctuating it but used to come down. After was more in the lateral parts of the brain, now is many times all over..
@Stacken77 My t is a sort of fizzing in the brain, when bad goes full roaring that takes over my brain literally, or at times a sort of pulsating fizz as crickets each and there. Is more neurological like, reactive to more sound around , as my brain lost the ability to filter sound. Time did nothing to reactivity, I just have a windy head
@Ela Stefan I use the Peltor X5A muffs, I think they're the best on the market, but you'll look like an airplane marshal lol. MIne's noise induced and I'm very sensitive to sound, yea.
Sometimes that is a symptom of hyperacusis. However, you will know if you have it. Sounds like clinging dishes, people raising their voices and high pitched sounds in general will irritate you.
I wish someone would shut that truck off parked outside. That low drone oof. Ps there's no truck outside
How long does it take to fade? I am 1 month into this. Mine starts intermitted in silence, then becomes constant after time. I have suicidal thoughts.
You know when your sitting there and hear different high pitch noises and ask others if they hear it too. But they don't.
Such weird sounds that it feels weird not bringing them up. "You hearing this sh*t?" Oh, of course, it's just my tinnitus. Only I get to hear this. Yay.
Since starting the muscle relaxer. My anxiety is way less. Lots of different things happening in my ears.
. I really think the best medicine will be to get out of the house and live again. It's like severe cabin fever
@Rockman I've accepted being more or less homebound. I am early retired. I dont care much anymore. All I wish is that I could live in a place where there are no noise. Right now I am dealing with noisy neighbours (as I have so many times before=)
I really hope one day we all wake and this is all a distant memory. Retirement age here is about 70 years old so I only have about 30 some years to go. Haha
Burst of my inner ear swelling trying to burst out of my head, simmers to fleeting T. Than back to baseline
So far after a day of taking muscle relaxer I feel way calmer. Doesn't so much make the T quieter but less aware of it. If that makes sense
I think a little bit. Probably have to give it a good week to know for sure. But will say my cat knocked a glass off the counter today.
I've read a few reports across the internet about baclofen helping with h. Going to give it a try tomorrow
Absolutely will. I like your avatar. I remember playing that game for hours when it came out back in 2004 or so
Anyone on here deal with tension headaches? It started about 5 months ago and have had them every day since.
It's healing at about the pace of a glacier. Better than a year ago. I think though I re injured it at about the 3 month mark, that's why it's taking so long
