What Does It Mean When You Have Reactive Tinnitus on Top of Regular Tinnitus?

Hi guys. I'm still struggling a bit with my new reactive tone. Tomorrow will be two weeks since I've had it. I'm not struggling the same way is struggled when I first got my regular T (those were some really dark days), but I'm still have some anxiety and I don't have motivation to anything...

Hi @Cmspgran - I saw that your T is very much like mine - in the sense that it is reactive morse-code like beeps that ride on the back of other sounds (especially white noise type sounds for me). May I ask what background noise you use at night (if any)? I've tried sleeping in dead quiet, but my...

Since my onset of T I've had weakness in the upper part of my thighs. It feels like pins or needles and my reflexes become over reactive. It has settled for the most part but if I have a flare up it will come back. It may be a nervous system issue.

Reactive Tinnitus — I Guess I Have Acquired It

So, I guess I have acquired this. It seems to be in response to white noise that matches some of the tinnitus pitches. Are there any theories on how this develops? Am I doomed to have tinnitus forever b/c of it? Will it stop being reactive at some point? Oh, and for extra points if someone...
