    Clonazepam (Klonopin, Rivotril)

    ...then it's only Diazepam, as it has a very long half-life. They would never prescribe short-half-life medications like Lorazepam or Alprazolam. Clonazepam also has a long half-life, so it is less addictive and has efficacy in tinnitus treatment. Zopiclone is also only prescribed for a few weeks.

    A lot of people take Clonazepam for years with no issues. If you come off gradually, then there really isn’t an issue. It’s when you stop cold turkey that it’s a problem and even then, if you’re only taking like 1 mg, nothing will happen.
