    I had pretty bad worsening three months ago when going through benzo (Xanax) withdrawal. I took 1mg of it every night for 1 month. And I unfortunately drunk some alcohol that time too.     Yeah, some things are probably more likely to cause long lasting issues too. Certain things I won't stop for a temporary increase though. Like Ketamine for instance. Or drinking alcohol. Neither I do too frequently but I can deal with temporary increases. It's worth it for me.
