Drinking alcohol while on benzos increases your risk of tolerance and given that benzos are already highly addictive I would highly suggest abstaining from drinking.

It is not common cause for alcohol to trigger tinnitus. Perhaps it may come from something else and your drinking alcohol is just a coincidence. It is a good idea to see an ENT to check out the ears and if there is too much ear wax then the ENT can deal with it. Micro-suction can cause problem...

Since the onset of my T, I had a little alcohol only once. As a result, my T switched ears(!!) It was only temporary.
