My tinnitus is super reactive and spikes when I simply scratch my head or take a breath. It has 20+ tones.

    For benzo, I take 0.5 mg Lorazepam (Ativan) every third morning as of a few weeks ago. For sleep, I've been taking low dose zolpidem sublingual overnight about 20 months. It sounds like you need to try a different med if Trazodone spikes you.
