    @Supersix Thank you! I wear ear protection only in the kitchen and when I'm in unpredictable situations outside of my home environment. In 22 months, I've definitely improved, but I still have pain spikes. Desperate enough to consider sound therapy at this point.

There is a bigger chance that it will pass. Temporary shifts, or spikes, is an unavoidable component of this journey.
