In fact, if I compare this spike to anything, it feels pretty similar to spikes I’ve had when a fire alarm went off in my apartment. Almost Every Noise Spikes My Tinnitus

Hello. I have been experiencing suicidal levels of tinnitus, and it keeps getting worse. I have very severe loudness hyperacusis too. What I want to ask is - why is my tinnitus spiking so easily (almost daily) to noise that shouldn't even be considered loud? (I'm talking 50-60 decibels max)...

    Spikes from Everyday Noise?

My tinnitus seems to spike even just from walking down the street in the city for 15 minutes. It generally seems to take a day or two to reduce to normal. Is is normal for tinnitus to spike this easily? Do I need to wear earplugs all the time even when just walking outside? It's been four...

My tinnitus in my right ear became worse. Now when I move my head my tinnitus gets louder. Even when I move my head a little bit higher, my tinnitus gets louder. I hate it. But when I press behind my ear on the bone then it becomes softer. Does anybody has this also?
