I have this, too. Variable very low frequency T in left ear only. I had thought it was noise external to my house for months. It hit over a year before my bilateral high frequency T turned severe. Some days it's more intense and has some reactivity after low freq sound exposures but can be...

Yeah, the low frequency T I have is very different from my TTTS (thumps & fluttering). Low frequency masking helps. Have you tried "easyjet jet sounds" on youtube? Someone recommended on TT. Taurine is one of many supplements I tried. I didn't think there were any changes in T or sleep.

QuietOn Noise Cancelling Earplugs — Low Frequency Sound

Hi guys, I have a question about QuietOn's earplug. They claim to reduce low frequency sounds like bass, heavy traffic sounds and airplane noises by an active process. The earplugs blocks sounds and then transmits high and mid frequency sounds into your ear, therefore actively blocking low...

@RunningMan So yeah, I thought I had beat the low frequency T, but it seems to be back again. It might be all of the noise from these holiday gatherings. Hello, Could so. Please help me out with the following question: Can a onetime exposure of 30 to 40 MINUTES to a high frequency pure tone at a low to moderate volume (below 70-80 dB, perhaps 60 dB?) cause permanent change or damage? I was in a meeting and an electronic device emitted a...

Tinnitus/Low Frequency Hearing Loss from Low Noise... Circulation Issue?

There is likely insufficient blood flow to my ears (vertebrobasilar artery compression in neck) causing my problems, just to keep that in mind. Low frequency hearing loss - can this be caused by noise damage?

I take a lot of walks, even yesterday, and bike rides in the summer. My T ramps up some after exercise, although it's usually the high frequency that's got my focus, so I'm not sure about the low freq T, in left ear only, although it's definitely variable.
