That's a good question! I have both regular tinnitus and pulsatile tinnitus, and I think overall that the pulsatile tinnitus affects concentration more. For some people, it may not, because theirs is intermittent. My pulsating, however, is constant, and it's harder to tune it out during the day.

Causes of tinnitus include....trauma, depression, anxiety, tmj. I can't find tinnitus listed as a side effect of naproxen. Intermittent tinnitus is very common and can be caused by a number of conditions. What's important is taking care of depression and anxiety and hopefully the body heals itself.
